#Coworker

Assalam and Hi everyone! A very good weekend to all. I'm sure u guys are enjoying your weekend rite? So nice~ 😉 Well. It's really a hectic month for me. We need to stay back everyday and soon, we need to sacrifice our weekend as well. So can say, it's almost a no life works. I'm sure while working, we do face some problems or issues with our colleagues rite? I'm sure almost everyone had encounter this sort of thing at least once. Well. All I can say is, this is life and initial essential steps to better knew each other. Sometimes, after crisis or conflict we get to know someone better. Seriously. It's indeed so true. It's just that, the outcomes will depend on how the coworker react and how well we can handle it. Example, everyone have something that they don't like, let's not prejudice, but I'm quite certain everyone got their own preferences and dislike and it's not like we want it to be that way, but rather some are born...

Inspiring Japanese Poem 😭😭

Assalam and Hi all, So today would be the last day to perform solat taraweeh and soon enough, tomorrow Ramadhan will be leaving us and subsequently, Eidulfitri will come very soon. Hence, I wish everyone Eid Mubarak, may this blissful Raya day celebrated modestly, and may it strengthen our bonding ties with the relatives, family and friend. Just wanna share an inspiring poem which I saw in a video shared by Keiken Talk page. You may find the link at: https://www.facebook.com/keikentalk/videos/1536815089744168/ Be not defeated by the rain, Not losing to the rain, Not losing to the wind, Not losing to the snow nor to summer’s heat, With a strong body, Not fettered by desire, By no means offending anyone, Always quietly smiling, Every day four bowl of brown rice, Miso and some vegetables to eat, In everything, count yourself last and put others before you, Watching and listening, and understanding, And never forgetting, In the shade of woods of th...

Pretty Lil Sisters~Handsome Lil Bro

Assalam and Hi everyone! Its feel so long since my last post. So I just feel to write something, and here you go~ Well, no matter how old they had grown up, to me, they're still the little kids I used to tease when they were way younger before. At times, I might be so strict, so fierce. But just so you know, there's no sister/older bro who aren't love their younger sibling. Honestly. We're fierce to them so that they'll be more discipline. We scold them so that they won't do the same mistake we did before. Always remember, no matter what happen, family will always stand by you, in you ups and down. Family won't leave you.. Love, XOXO Fierce kakak ☺ Pretty Little Sister Monica Michael She's only 21 such a confusing time, but it's alright, Not yet an adult, no longer a child on certain minds, it's part of life. About yourself you're not sure I see you feeling insecure you cry, but it's alright. Pretty little sist...

Family

Assalam and Hi! I realise, family are my greatest source of strength! As per what I had been talking about - I used to be workaholic, I mean I don't mind to spend lots of times for work. But at last, I realize - its not worth. Totally not worth because of: 1. I can't claim OT 2. Its not appreciated I thought by working hard, my superior will recognize my hard work, at least appreciate. Who knew, they don't like it. Hell yeah. I came here to work, I don't even mind stay back, almost everyday. But the environment -  days by day made me fed up. Seriously. You work too hard - people don't like. You don't really work - people complain you. If I could choose, I will just resign. But its not a wise decision to resign emotionally, without preparing for plan B. So. Need to wait for a good time.

#Best moment to quit my job

Assalam & Hi! Well I watch a korean drama last nite bout this working life of Gen Y (90's). Seriously. I feel like the story can be relate back to mine. You work too hard, the colleague feel that you makes them looks lazy. But the fact is, its not you want to show off - but you had your dream. Seriously. Why I don't mind to stay back at office? I can't even OT. So why I bother working without being paid? Why? Cos I want to improve myself. For my future. I want to be somebody. I dream of opening my own firm. I don't want to be just a merely nobody. I don't want..if you knew you're nothing, and yet you do nothing...then you might just die. I rather work my self hard than, being nothing. I forget my dream of becoming doctors. And here I'm nothing compared to my friend. So should I be lazy? Seriously. I'm tired of understanding people. When you work too hard, other feel jealous with you. When you do nothing, your superior will star...

#Education background

Assalamualaikum and Hi everyone! Well, I got this one topic in mind, since long before - educational system. I was born in a not rich family (ain't poor also). Okay to be true, my dad had a food shop. So, frankly said, that time we live quite luxury also - I mean we can eat whatever we want, since dad is the big boss. This is why now I understand the term 'spoiled child'. Due to having 'boss' dad, I simply living - I don't really care bout family or the hardship. And I'm naughty you know. I grew up with an older brother and a younger brother. So this had affect my way of living too - I join their boys activities and yes, I'm a 'tomboy'. So to cut short the story, at the end of standard 6, dad decided to follow his sister, living in Negeri Sembilan. This is the period where I start to change, start to learn the meaning of life, meaning of hardship - that I never felt before. Seriously. I learn so many hardship and only God is the sour...

#Losing motivation

Assalamualaikum and Hi everyone! So, how's your weekend? Hope you all have a great one. :) Well I just barely recovered from hurm, a 'fever'. I don't know how to accurately describe. Its not the serious one lah. Its just that, my whole body aching, and feel so tired all of sudden for for few days, I just went to work, try my best to not show others I'm not well, yeah I fake it and I made it haha. No one know I'm not well until I told my manager why I came in late a bit (20 minutes). But..seriously....its not a joke... I'm losing motivation to work....... Yes, I knew, I should gather up the 1001 reason why I'm here and get back on track. But.. I just want to voice out what I feel.. You know when you first came, that feeling of, 'Okay Izzah, lets work hard' kinda of feeling, so you are so motivated, to show the superior what you can do. When at 1 time, when you work hard, but at last due to a simple mistake, it cost you a lot - y...

#Taking Advantage

Assalam and Hi! Well actually I'm going to curse out. Those who knew me well know my behaviour - I'm good to those good to me (yeah, I'm really a 'kind' girl). But if someone start to take advantage of me, watch out - I don't give a sh*&%t on it! I can be kind. But not to be use for 'your' own advantage. I'm not 'your' personal assistant to bring you here and there. If telling the truth hurts her/him and resulted with me being outcasted - so let it be. After all, its not my fault - really. Why should I bother when someone boldly borrow money from you during your first day in the new company, then boldly ask you to bring her here and there. I'm working for the company, not working for you. Seriously. I don't give a sh')**t on this. I'm kind but don't take advantage of me. Everyone have their own limit. Remember that well.

Short get away & Donate vs Saving

Assalam and Hi u olls!  Well I'm still in the train and while waiting to reach my destination, I'm just filing up my time with writing on my blog 😜 Went back to hometown for few days (FYI,  a short weekend off day only 😂) but I don't feel like going back to KL. Haha. I wish I could stay longer and spend time with family. Living without mom and dad feels so different. Lucky I still got my aunt, otherwise no place to share a shoulder. I used to, like think bout work so much. I mean I would rather spend my weekend in office, either do work or study. But until one time, when I start to experience a great stress from work...there's only family besides me (my aunt, uncles and of course my parent and siblings). Co-worker? There are things that we can't share with our co-worker especially when it involve other colleague. It's best to keep it as a secret from them. So let me get back to my main point. WhIle transiting from KTM to LRT in Bandar Tasik Selata...

Do What You Love vs Love What You Do#

Assalam and hi all! So I was listening to the IKIM radio while cleaning my house (FYI,  I went back to my hometown this week & d house is so messy 😂). So just wan to share a bit bout the session - It's about an academicians Dr. Midhat Nabil Ahmad Salimi, a boy who not scoring well in UPSR, PMR & SPM but have a very deep interest in science stream. Although d result is not good, he knew what he truly like and so he stick to it. Faced with numerous failure, the worst when he became demotivated and fail the foundation level. Result was sent straightly to his parents and yes, they were really disappointed. This is the turn point for him. He felt disappointed with himself too. A miracle happened when the university suddenly call him back, offering him a chance to study again and he promise himself to change - for the parent, family and for himself. He want to make them proud. He change his study method, from passive student to active one, keep asking questions t...

OT?

Seriously. At 1 time, I get tired hearing people say this to me: "Try to have a work/life balance." "Don't 'OT' anymore." "Work only in your working hours." I'm not throwing my tantrum here.. I just want to voice up what I feel.. I'm staying back (FYI - I can't claim OT pun) voluntarily.. You know, to be a chartered/qualified accountant - ya, you can just get MIA membership and straightly become a 'CA'. But..what does the CA means..when you're incompetent? When you still lacking here and there.. If I don't work hard now, during my young age..then when? Should I wait until I'm older then only be a competent CA?... This path..required blood, sweat and tears.. A competent CA is not made in 1 day, and not made by 'Goyang Kaki'. I knew I'm lacking in so many part, that's why I stayed back in the office, either do my work or I'll study the tax-related books boug...
