Assalam and Hi!
It's been a stressful week cos I 've been rushing for an urgent engagement and hell yeah..my manager and leader is not around, the bosses and assistant manager are too occupied..no one to really ask from..so this is the source of my stress this week. (Haha - I can only laugh).
You know that time when you need someone to ask from, and no one is there for you like always..so its feel so hell. Some more its something new for you to handle. So you got to stand on your own two feet and do whatever you can.
Yeah..its been a hell for me this week.
But, there's alway something to learn from things that happened.
1. Independent
Seek advice from the higher post personnel on how to handle the thing and give your all out on it, try to solve it. A very useful advice I gain from my beloved boss, Mr Lam: 'When you do an advisory engagement, first identify the problem, second look for supporting, 3rd figure out the solution".
2. Direction@Planning
The most important point he told me:
This bos of mine, really quite but when he give an advice, wowwww, it amaze me. And when he smile, awww..so sweet. Hehe. Oppss. I'm just saying he's handsome and sweet. A true compliment from my heart. Nothing more here.
But in the meantime, yesterday I have a talk with my assistant manager and was being told bout few things. Yeah..room for improvement.. I was being told:
1. Too over
Yeah..I'm workaholic. I'm staying back almost everyday until late night to settle my work. FYI, staying back without claiming OT ya.
2. Show off
Yeah..I'm in some way is kinda extrovert and at times the words utter could be over and mistakenly give a 'show-off' impression. But hell yeah. I know the time for me to show off and the time I should be humble.
For life is not 100% beautiful, yes this is the truth. If you remain humble all the time and no one knows what you did or what you had achieved, they will keep on looking down on you. But please remember, everything must be done modestly. Don't over do it. Just show off a bit up to the point people not looking down on you. That's it. Don't over.
So now its the weekend, and I'm taking extra off day due to some family matter. Gonna use this time to do some house cleaning, read on the seminar notes - let's make it an active weekend!

" You must have a direction when you do something, otherwise you will get lost and spent too much on unnecessary thing. "
