Assalamualaikum and Good Evening everyone.
So today I went back quite early (compare to my normal weekdays) since its TGIF. Haha.
I miss reading so much so what I did was, on my way back I saw the signage "KL Sentral" and there I was. I straightly took the intersection and went to KL Sentral. Due to I parked at the back door, that door was actually linked to the MRT Muzium Negara Station. It made me feel to just have a try on the MRT and my feet just walked there, involuntarily.
Halfway, I checked and realized I didn't bring my TnG card (yes, the IC can't use ya, please be reminded). Frustrated. So I walked back to KL Sentral, have a round of walk to see what changes happen during few weeks I didn't went there (FYI: I love to jalan2 in KL Sentral :P).
Nothing much change. Only notice previously got one nice food court but now changed to Lrt Kelana Jaya line station already.
Lets shorten my story. I was then went to NU Sentral 3 rd level: MPH Book Store - yes, my favorite 'lepaking' spot! If youngster love cafe so much, its totally different from me. Since school time, I spent my time reading and library is like my second home d. It just that when I start working, there's less time reading.
Ok, so what kind of book look attractive to me? Let me admit, I'm kind of nerdy and I don't really like reading novel. Yes, during my teen-time I do read, but normally I'll just fast forward @ fast reading, a 300 pages novel can be read in 1 or 2 hours time. Haha.
I went to the business section and found a lot of Wolters Kluwer book - those income tax related book and the prices - OMG beyond my expectation, almost all priced above RM200++. Lucky these book already bought by my manager so I can just borrow from the Co (no need to buy ah haha).
I saw a public speaking book by TED Talk (wrote by the new CEO: Chris Anderson). Its really grab my attention, yeah I wanna improve my public speaking skills! Normally this kind of knowledge related book is quite boring to read, but this book is different. Every single words of it have its own impact and intriguing my sense to keep on reading. So I manage to read for 2 chapters until the security guard came to told me the shop soon closing and I need to step out of the shop.
