Life Lesson

There're days where you get stress out at work. Reason? Simply because of lack of self-confident, disbelieving own ability and negative thought on own self.

We're human. We won't be able to stay perfectly fine, 24/7. But if you do, its great! Nonetheless, not perfect yet we can keep improving.

I still remember my cousin's advice. "You commit mistake at the first time, its okay. The 2nd time, still acceptable. But if you still repeating the same mistake for the 3rd time, its ridiculously stupid."

After all, he's an ex-engineer.

So, we all learnt from mistake. Yes, its totally great if you're able to do everything perfect at the first time.

I'm a really workaholic/work-centered person - if I'm passion on a certain work. So, at times, I'll keep on thinking bout work eventho after going home. I thought by keep working, I can finish everything. I mean, by just working without taking care of my health. But I'm wrong. The more you work, the less you sleep and the less you exercise, its actually making you less effective.

You tend to work at longer times, but the result is not much.

So, today I decide to go back early and went to jogging. I brought home some work which maybe I can do it when I free. But the most important is: take care of your health. Do some exercise at least once or twice a week. Actually, the best is to spend at least 30 minutes per day exercise to have a good health.

Besides, I read somewhere, its good to exercise in morning for those who want to lose weight cos after a good exercise, people tend to eat less. While, those who're not a morning person, can always go for exercise in the evening which I assume is much merrier cos there would be more people at the park in the evening.
